Rebecca Dunn’s work is rooted in a sense of calm, openness, and everyday beauty. Guided by her mentorship with Phyllis Shafer, she honed a deep sensitivity to color and composition. In addition to her studio practice, Rebecca teaches workshops and is a board member for the Katonah Museum of Art Association and the Katonah Art Walk.

Community & Education
Outreach
The LAA is committed to providing art education to the community at large. Our educational programming, partially funded by the City of Stamford, The Connecticut Office of the Arts and The National Foundation of the Arts, enables us to offer in house classes and workshops as well as “push in” workshops and events at local community and senior centers.
Workshops
Each summer, the LAA hosts over 150 children as part of our Summer Art Saturday Workshops. Children engage with our artists in dynamic and creative classroom settings focused on a variety of artistic mediums.
