Creating a marketing Mindset for Artists
with Virginia Juliano
Monday, Monday May 18, 6:00 - 8:00PM
How to Share Your Work Without Selling Your Soul
This workshop reframes marketing through the lens of an artist—positioning it not as self-promotion or compromise, but as clarity, connection and consistency.
Presented by Virginia Juliano, an expert marketer (who is also an artist), it will guide artists through the emotional and practical realities of being both a creator and a brand. It will address visibility, integrity and audience alignment.
By translating traditional marketing concepts into artist-centric language, it will help creatives identify their people and strengthen their presence. The intended takeaway is that marketing shouldn’t change your work—it should clarify the audience connection so that they can find, value and support your work over time.

Each summer, the LAA hosts over 150 children as part of our Summer Art Saturday Workshops. Children engage with our artists in dynamic and creative classroom settings focused on a variety of artistic mediums.
