studio rentals
Looking for a studio?
The Loft Artists Association maintains 2 galleries and 14 artists’s studios in an old manufacturing building at 575 Pacific Street in Stamford, CT. Studios are spacious varying in size from 160 to 320 square feet. Spaces are brightly lit with large windows and ample overhead lighting. Exposed beams, brick exterior walls, and hardwood flooring add a beautiful touch. Artists are given 24/7 access to their studios and there is parking available in a lot behind the building. The combination of galleries and studios in the same building offers a unique opportunity for fostering a collaborative artist’s community. Artists exhibit their work regularly in the galleries and there are a variety of open studio events and openings throughout the year. Interested in renting a studio?
